Alterations to live tram stops at Piccadilly, Undercroft and Market Street.  Demolition of structures at the above and also Ladywell Hospital Outbuildings.  Excavation and disposal of 72,000m3 of contaminated material.  Provision and placing of 25,000 tonnes of capping in carriageway.

Removal of 15,000m3 of Japanese Knotweed in controlled Environment.  50,000 m3 of cut to fill on former hospital site. Demolition of 5m high retaining wall for 400m alongside main Carriageway, together with ancillary buildings.  Creation of New roundabout at a live junction.  Excavation and disposal of 20,000m3 of contaminated material arising from this project.

Bulk Excavation and removal of material to facilitate dual carriageway construction and ‘box slide’ under main Manchester to Oldham line construction of ‘Finback’ bridge and feature Gateway Entrance

Excavation and disposal of 30,000m3 of contaminated Material arising from this project.  Backfilling to structures With imported fill from our Mottram Quarry.  Sealing Contaminated areas with imported natural clay.  Regrading and top soiling to achieve finished levels.

Remediation of the former Johnson & Nephew Wireworks. Proof dig 6 metres deep for piling operations Process 300,000m3 of site won concrete in to fill material.  Disposal of 30,000m3 refuse material off-site. Import 50,000 tonnes class 1A fill.

Basement excavation between contiguous piled wall with temporary props.  Bulk excavation of 20000m3 contaminated material, provision of piling mats backfilling excavations and to underside of slab with MOT Type 1 Stone
